Weimar Enterprise SDN BHD established in 1998 as a solely grease interceptor supplier in targeting the commercial building restaurant and kitchen.

The Brand "Bestec" have been well known brand in building industry, the product is develop under professional design based on the scientific calculation to trap the FOG to avoid it directly discharge to the man hole. Additionally, The product have a different size that range  from 10 gpm to 500 gpm (Gallon per minute) in meeting up the need of every client. 

Grease Interceptor is part of the important mechanism to be install under the kitchen. This is because the local authority or known as DBKL have been starting enforcing the law to against those F&B outlets and restaurant to discharge waste directly into manhole caused blockage issues. Refused to do so will face licensing being revoked. 

Besides that, the function of grease interceptor also reducing the rate of scale forming up in the piping to avoid being clogged. This grease trap can easily trap the FOG up to approximately 70 percent. Additionally, those solid trap will be stuck onto the strainer when its flow into the first compartment and follow by the FOG. 

Scientifically, the oil is appear to be lighter than the water, therefore in the second compartment those FOG will be separate with the water and float up to the top while the remaining clean water will be discharge into the outlet and flow into the manhole.

Ours company have been come across with the overflow issue in the grease trap and pipes lines. We started to form up a specialize division to offer periodical DS (desludging) and DC (disclogging) services for ours client to solving this issues.

A periodical DS and DC is a must in order to ensure the smoother of the drainage system. Failure to perform periodical maintenance service will be likely to facing clogged and flooding over the kitchen. Ours Weimar is strive to maximize the customer satisfaction and offer professional service to solve ours client's kitchen issues.

After each time we complete the service, all the residue waste will be collected and recycle it such as those solid waste and FOG. We are collaborated with one of the government institution called "F.R.I.M". 

They are generally developing the bio-diesel technology that able to turn FOG into renewable oil. While that other solid waste can be recycle through ours bio-mate to decompose it into soil and return to mother land.

As ours company business growing with the grease trap and maintenance service line, we have foresee the issues that arise in the building complex. As typically the building operated more than 20 years, those cast iron pipes under kitchen would begin to break or even leaking and thus lead to flooded in the car park.

The DH 2040 is the alternative to the cast iron pipes under kitchen, this pipe is a high impacted PVC material, that can even withstand the 30 tonnes of excavator to run over it without leaving any crack or bend in its visible line.
