DH 2040 has a long lifespan as comparing to the cast iron or UPVC pipes, not only would it be able to resists to 80 degree celsius hot water, but it also have a strong resistant to chemical such as acid or soft water. Besides that, this pipes also built with smooth bore which the scale formation is lesser and service maintenance is less needed. 

Another advantages of this pipe is the weight, the pipes is manufactured from PVC materials which the weight is much lighter than the cast iron which also result to be more cost effectiveness in transportation and manpower. Additionally, the installation would takes lesser time to complete since it is easier and lighter.  

CPVC pipes is a strong material for the application in Hot& Cold and Fire fighting. This is a rare material which seldom found in the market, therefore the price will be slightly higher but the quality itself is really strong and good for long term system services.

 CPVC pipe is commonly found for the application in hot& cold industry. This pipe is simply strong enough to resist high pressure pump and able to maintain the water temperature.

This light blue pipe have a similar strong impacted resistant with the DH 2040.The experiment test taken for this pipe was approximately 8 to 9 years. The testing standard method was comply to the international ISO 1167-1 in testing its lifespan and durability. 

This pipe have relatively good durability in term of its lifespan. Not only would it able to take high pressure underneath the ground. But the surface bore itself make a better flowing rate and less scale formation inside the pipe.
